Integrated Management System (IMS)
We can produce a fully Integrated Management System (IMS) which covers all three standards. This consolidates down the core documentation in line with similar clauses within each standard giving you a single management system covering all standards. This can be used either to gain accreditation or as a stand-alone management system that demonstrates your commitment to Quality, Environmental, Information Security and Health and Safety.
Process Mapping
For each of the above activities or as a stand-alone activity process mapping is undertaken of your businesses key activities and these are mapped out into easily view-able and distributable flow charts / process maps. Whilst reviewing the existing processes improvements and recommendations are discussed to streamline activities as far as is achievable.
Certification
We will book, liaise with and attend all visits by the certification body for the ISO suite of accreditation’s. We always work closely with the certification body understanding their requirements to ensure the best possible outcomes at all times.
