From the very start to the end of the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 Functio have provided us with valuable guidance, on-going support, and resources to ensure we were successful in our pursuit of certification. Functio have been instrumental to our business achieving our ISO IMS certification. The whole process seemed overwhelming until Functio joined us and took charge of implementing our IMS. We have had a successful stage 2 audit with 0 major or minor non-conformances. This is our first certification and we are fully aware we would never have achieved this without Functio. As a busy and growing business we asked Functio to support us with the development of our Integrated Management System to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. We have had experience in other businesses of ISO Standards and we felt this was the next step in the development of our business. Functio were both comprehensive and professional in the development of our management system with a great Attention Detail meaning we got both a compliant Management System, register and forms as well as business improvements that support our businesses ongoing growth. Our progress through Stage 1 and Stage 2 through to being Certified was seamless and Funtio developed a great rapport with the Lead Auditor which made the whole visits a positive experience. Subsequently Functio have supported us through Internal Audits and ISO Maintenance successfully passing our first years Surveillance Audit again with no non-conformances and we are looking forward to Functio supporting us with our ISO 45001 Migration. Functio have also supported us to develop a Management System compliant with ISO 17025 for Bulk Analysis and ISO 17020 for Surveying and Sampling. Functio have been a huge help, developing these systems whilst we are able to get on with our day job of running our business and meeting our customers requirements.
