We cannot thank Functio enough for the help and support they have given us with our Business Management System. They have developed a completely integrated system tailored for us, this incorporates ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001. It is very user friendly, easy to manage and reassuring knowing we have on-going support from them for this. With this new system we have just passed our annual surveillance audit on all three standards, this without any non-conformances at all. At ADS our practice is “we do what we say we are going to do”, for us this must be extended to Functio “they do what they say they are going to do”.
