A message to our Clients:
We understand that maintaining your Certification is critical for your ability to serve your customers and therefore I wanted to let you know how we are responding to the COVID-19 situation and what actions we are taking to ensure we can maintain your Internal Audit Schedules, Management System Updates and how we can facilitate Remote Audits with the Certification Bodies
We are now delivering Internal Audits, System Updates and Surveillance Audit support remotely. If any of your business activities cannot be assessed effectively via the remote auditing method then most of the CB’s have procedures in place to provide extensions on this basis
Remote Audits
For Remote Certification Body Audits we will
- Set up a Teams Meeting Channel where we will upload the audit plan, and all required documents.
- Before the audit we will discuss and prepare you for the audit to limit any anxiety before your audit and get all necessary documentation together
- We will make all necessary arrangements with the auditor and be the main point of contact for the audit
- We will provide Video Call Facilities (Assuming you have laptops or webcams for desktops)
- Arrange a schedule of who the auditor will need to speak to on the day and discuss with each person beforehand so they know what to expect
For Remote Internal Audits we will
- Request any required documentation in advance
- Schedule a time to discuss the audit on the day and gather any required information (other than documentation)
- Schedule calls with anybody else we need to speak to within the organisation to complete Internal Audits
- Schedule a call towards the end of the day to discuss any outstanding information, findings and any NC’s
- We will provide Video Call Facilities (Assuming you have laptops or webcams for desktops)
Office
Our Business Continuity Plan has now been implemented and is operating effectively. As a result, we are able to provide a continuous service with and we are still accessible via our usual telephone numbers and e-mails.
